At Happy Planner, we want you to love your organization tools; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all planners, stickers, and accessories remain in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original condition and packaging into a sturdy box, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
